TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A South Tampa business group has filed a lawsuit against the City of Tampa, alleging officials failed to provide public records related to the proposed South Howard Flood Relief Project.
The lawsuit, filed Friday by the SoHo Business Alliance, seeks a court order requiring the city to release records the group said it requested months ago, including flood models, engineering data, project analyses and other technical documents connected to the project.
