EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — An undocumented immigrant from Mexico has been charged in El Paso with fraud and misuse of visas, permits and other documents after he allegedly presented an ID with another person’s information on it while crossing into the United States, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Texas said.
Jorge Jesus Cuellar-Ortiz allegedly presented a Texas driver’s license with the information and photo of another person at the Paso Del Norte Port of Entry, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said.
