POLICE AUDIO CAN BE FOUND AT THE END OF THIS ARTICLE: Law enforcement received a call around 12:30pm on June 5th after reports of drinking and driving at Delta Sonic on Niagara Falls Boulevard in Niagara Falls.
The 911 caller told police that there was a “male at pump 8” drinking a large can of Natural Ice beer while pumping his gas. The caller further told police that he arrived in a grey Ford fusion.
Police responded to the scene. Law enforcement did arrive while the male was still at the location. It is unknown if he was arrested and taken into custody. No further information is available at this time…
