OHIO — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 75-year-old man who was reported missing Friday evening.
According to Upper Arlington police, Frank Harber was last seen around 8 p.m. leaving his home on Riverside Drive on foot. He has not returned, and authorities are concerned for his safety because he has dementia.
Harber is described as a Black man who is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs approximately 120 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes…
