Rochester, N.Y. — The 60th annual 19th Ward Fair is taking place on Saturday, featuring a special celebration to mark this milestone year.
This year’s White Diamond Celebration, commemorating 60 years, has been dubbed the “All White Affair” by organizers. Attendees are encouraged to wear all white in honor of the commemoration.
