A Pennsylvania snowbird who was arrested after celebrating Mardi Gras in The Villages won’t face prosecution on a charge of driving under the influence.
The prosecutor’s office has announced that 62-year-old Troy Lynn Long will not face prosecution in the DUI case due to insufficient evidence, according to an announcement of no information filed in Sumter County Court.
