A teenage juvenile was wounded in the arm in a freeway shooting Saturday morning on Interstate Highway 580 between Oakland and San Leandro, the California Highway Patrol said.
The teen was a passenger in a vehicle that left the freeway and drove to 150th Avenue and Freedom Avenue, to meet emergency responders about 1:55 a.m., the CHP said.
