Two Montgomery County Public Schools seniors have been awarded one of the nation’s most prestigious college scholarships from the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation.
According to MCPS, Rajan Bell of Wheaton High School and Ronny Picardo of Northwest High School were named 2026 recipients of the highly competitive Cooke College Scholarship, which provides up to $55,000 per year for college along with academic advising, career support, internship opportunities, and access to a nationwide network of scholars.
