GRAND RAPIDS, MI — Vivant Brewery and Spirits is planning to convert part of its Cherry Street property into an event venue, repurposing space once used for brewing, bottling and canning before those operations were moved off-site amid declining demand.
The Grand Rapids-based brewery, owned by Kris and Jason Spaulding, has requested a special land use permit from the Grand Rapids Planning Commission to move forward with the project.
