Driver unaccounted for after stolen car crashes into St. Pete home, catching it on fire: SPFR

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA)— Officers are searching for the person who crashed their vehicle into a house, causing it to catch on fire, the St. Petersburg Fire Rescue said.

SPFR responded to a vehicle crash into a home on the 4400 block of 14 Avenue South in St. Pete around 3 a.m.

According to SPFR, two people were inside the home and were uninjured.

The house fire was extinguished in about 10 to 15 minutes…
