EAST LANSING, Mich. (News 10) – A major road construction project in East Lansing is entering its next phase Monday, bringing a weeks-long closure to a busy section of Grand River Avenue.
Grand River Avenue will be closed in both directions between Spartan Avenue and Cedar Street as crews begin work on a utility project. The closure is expected to remain in place through July 24.
