EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 34-year-old man has been arrested after he allegedly showed a juvenile victim sexually explicit videos containing nudity and other explicit content, Horizon Police said.
Terence Andrew Mendoza, 34, was arrested and charged with display of harmful material to a minor, Horizon Police said.
