BULVERDE, Texas — A years-long animal neglect investigation in Comal County has resulted in the seizure of 23 horses from a property near Bulverde.
The Comal County Sheriff’s Office announced Monday that deputies, working alongside the American Humane Society and the Texas Livestock Protection Association, removed the horses on June 5 following concerns about their welfare.
