Kitchen 66 helps Tulsa food truck grow into successful restaurant
TULSA, Okla. – When Alton and Lizy Andrews launched Ruth’s Chicken as a food truck in 2021, they had a vision for serving customers with dietary restrictions while building a sustainable business. That vision received a boost through Kitchen 66, a Tulsa-based program that helps food entrepreneurs develop the skills and resources needed to grow their businesses.
Through the program, the Andrews participated in pop-up opportunities at Mother Road Market and completed Kitchen 66’s 13-week Launch Program, gaining valuable experience in business operations and growth strategies.
