FLINT, Mich. (WJRT) – A man from Clio will avoid more time behind bars initially after accepting a plea agreement for a violent road rage incident on I-75 late last year.
Court records show 37-year-old Tony Lesperance pleaded guilty Monday to two counts of felonious assault for pointing a gun at a young Livingston County family along U.S. 23 and I-75 in Genesee County last December.
