OHIO — The Portsmouth Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating three missing juveniles who were last seen over the weekend.
According to police, the missing juveniles are 17-year-old Shelby Jenkins, 13-year-old Abigail Farley and 16-year-old Alex Hilton.
Jenkins and Farley were last seen around 7:40 p.m. Saturday, June 6, in the 1700 block of Williams Street in Portsmouth. Hilton was last seen around 9 p.m. Sunday, June 7, in the 1100 block of 22nd Street…
