HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – An employee of Oakland City University has filed a lawsuit against the institution over failure to pay employees federal wages for all hours worked.
The class action and fair labor standards act collective action lawsuit was filed by Chelsea Price, a soccer coach at the university. Price claims in the lawsuit that the university has promised to pay her and all other employees for uncompensated work, but has failed to do so.
