LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office identified Monday a mother and her teen daughter who were shot and killed last week in Louisville’s Portland neighborhood.
Officials identified the victims as 29-year-old Vienna Peoples and 14-year-old Labria Miller.
