The Windsor Town Council recently discussed the possibilities of reducing the town’s proposed 3-cent real estate tax rate hike for fiscal year 2027 while also highlighting the value of services the increase will help provide.
The discussion came during the council’s special meeting on Thursday, May 28, during which a public hearing was held on the proposed FY 2026-27 operating budget for the town of Windsor. No one from the public spoke during the hearing.
