CENTRAL, La. (WAFB) — Attorney Ryan Thompson and the NAACP addressed recent crimes targeting Central resident Carolyn Howard.
Thompson, who is representing Howard and her son, filed a lawsuit Friday against the family of the 13-year-old boy accused of vandalizing the home, alleging the teen also lit part of Howard’s property on fire, spray painted swastikas near her home, and etched a swastika into Howard’s car leading up to the most recent incident.
The juvenile was arrested by the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office on May 28 on three charges, including criminal damage to property, criminal trespassing, and hate crimes…
