GRAND ISLAND, Neb. — Bosselman Pump & Pantry is expanding its Midwest footprint through the acquisition of 21 standalone Hy-Vee Fast & Fresh convenience stores across Iowa, Nebraska and Minnesota.
The transaction, expected to close in July, will increase Pump & Pantry’s store count from 48 to 69 locations and marks one of the largest expansions in the company’s history. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition includes 15 stores in the Des Moines, Iowa, market, two locations in Davenport, Iowa, one in Marion, Iowa, two in the Omaha, Neb., market and one in Lakeville, Minn. The agreement also includes five in-store Starbucks locations and seven in-store Smokey Row coffee shops…
