COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — One person is dead after a man was ejected from his vehicle during a two-vehicle crash early Tuesday morning in east Columbus.
According to a Columbus Police incident report, one driver in a 2020 Ford Fusion was entering East Livingston Avenue from the Embassy Plaza apartment complex in the Leawood neighborhood at 2:10 a.m. Tuesday. At the same time, a man driving a 2007 Ford Fusion was heading eastbound on East Livingstone Ave, approaching the intersection of South Yearling Road.

Police said the Fusion failed to stop at the traffic signal, which was red in the east and west directions, and drove into the intersection where the 2020 Fusion had already entered. For Tuesday’s top stories on NBC4 view the video player above.
