WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — Winston-Salem Police Chief William Penn Jr. is getting support from city leaders who are a part of the Public Safety Committee as he pushes leaders to pass a 10 p.m. curfew for anyone under the age of 17.
“We’re going to have to make a tough decision. I support the curfew until we can get this under control,” Mayor Pro Tempore Denise Adams said.
