MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A 31-year-old West Tennessee fugitive wanted for aggravated kidnapping and aggravated rape was captured in Alabama, the U.S. Marshals Service announced Monday.
Deputy marshals said Robert Dunaway Jr., of Lexington, Tennessee, was arrested following an investigation by the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office into the allegations against him.
A warrant for his arrest was issued on May 15.

Once information developed that Dunaway had escaped Tennessee and was in Alabama, the Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force apprehended Dunaway outside a mall in Huntsville, deputy marshals reported.
He was taken to the Madison County Jail, awaiting extradition back to Tennessee…
