Tabb High School instructor accused of public intoxication

YORKTOWN, Va. (WAVY) — An NJROTC instructor at Tabb High School was charged in connection with being intoxicated on campus Monday, according to the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office.

On June 8, school officials notified the School Resource Officer that an employee was possibly intoxicated and working inside the school.

The School Resource Officer located the employee and determined he was intoxicated. The employee, identified as 46-year-old Jeremy Venske, was charged with being drunk in public.
