SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A man was arrested on Friday for allegedly kidnapping his ex-girlfriend thanks to the help of a good Samaritan, police said on Monday.
The San Diego Police Department (SDPD) said it received a call around 5:11 p.m. from a person in Mira Mesa who said they witnessed a woman run from a car, and then be physically picked up and put back in the car by a man before driving away.
The witness provided a description of the suspect, the car and a license plate number. Police searched their Automated License Plate Recognition system, which showed that the car had last been seen near 9300 Kearny Villa Rd…
