CLEVELAND, Ohio — Northeast Ohio is heading into a hot, humid and unsettled stretch, with daily chances for showers and thunderstorms through Friday and heat index values approaching 100 degrees by midweek.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected Tuesday afternoon and evening, according to the National Weather Service in Cleveland. Not everyone will see rain, but any storms that develop could produce heavy downpours.
