ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Allen County officials are notifying residents of a temporary road closure on Hathaway Road for utility work later this week.
According to the Allen County Highway Department, Hathaway Road will be fully closed at the intersection of Bethel Road, between Hand Road and State Road 3, for a water main installation project.
