HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – Huntsville Utilities Gas Operations will close the last 150 feet of the southbound merge lane on Zierdt Road just south of Martin Road starting at 9:15 a.m. The southbound lane of Zierdt Road will remain open while crews work.
The closure is expected to last until 3 p.m.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area if possible and use extreme caution if traveling through, as workers will be present. If you can, plan an alternate route to reduce delays. If not, expect shifting traffic patterns and possible slowdowns…
