NAVARRE, Fla. — Navarre residents who live along a curve on P.G.A Boulevard report broken mailboxes and yards torn up by careless drivers. They say they’ve been dealing with these concerns for years.
P.G.A Boulevard is in the Holley by the Sea subdivision. The road leads to a public golf course, which brings in a lot of traffic, according to longtime residents.
The speed limit on the curve is 15 miles an hour, but residents say that’s rarely followed. An additional concern is the road striping on the curve is nearly faded away…
