KATY, Texas — There’s a major traffic alert that’ll have you hitting the brakes heading westbound on the Katy Freeway.
From a Houston TranStar camera, you can see a big rig that’s overturned on the outbound lanes of I-10 just before Katy-Fort Bend Road, just outside the Katy city limits.
