BAKER CITY – On Sunday, June 7, just before 2:00 p.m., the Oregon State Police responded to a driving complaint on I-84 involving an SUV reportedly driving erratically and at high speed. A traffic stop was initiated near milepost 315, southeast of Baker City near Pleasant Valley, with the driver being found to have a blood alcohol content at over double the legal limit.
