CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A driver was arrested early Wednesday morning after leading Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) troopers on a chase and crashing into a tree.
According to a release from the OSHP, at around 1:26 a.m., troopers tried to pull over a car for speeding near East 105th Street and Kempton Avenue.
