HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – Todd Towers has been without both elevators for several days, creating a major safety hazard for many elderly and handicapped residents.
The downtown Huntsville housing complex houses many seniors and handicapped residents who require elevator access. Constant issues with one or both elevators over the past year and a half have created major problems for residents.
