SOUTHAVEN, Miss. (WMC) – A group of DeSoto County residents filed a class action lawsuit over complaints that xAI is “trampling residents’ fundamental right to use and enjoy their property.”
The lawsuit claims xAI is subjecting residents to “near-constant noise, vibrations and other nuisance-level harms.”
