BEDFORD, Ohio (WOIO) – Bedford police are continuing security measures at summer festivals, including the upcoming Strawberry Festival, by enforcing restrictions on minors attending without adult supervision.
The department prohibits anyone under 18 from attending city festivals without a parent or chaperone.
