AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – An Amarillo man is facing a DWI charge after a wreck on Western St. and State Loop 335.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, at about 1:14 a.m. on Saturday, a patrol unit was traveling eastbound on Western St.
As the trooper drove on the bridge that goes over State Loop 335, he was struck nearly head-on by a 2023 Buick Rendezvous.
The Rendezvous was driving the wrong way and was in the path of the trooper when the two cars crashed…
