The premise of this challenge is that you have one hour to eat this massive steak, potato, salad, shrimp cocktail, and roll with butter. If you finish it, you get bragging rights, a certificate, a shirt, a souvenir mug, and are put on the Wall of Fame. If you don’t, then you’re out $72 and can take your leftovers home.
