River Parishes attorney Aspen Steib Murphy was honored as one of the Louisiana State Bar Association Young Lawyers Division’s Top Young Lawyers, recognizing her contributions to the legal profession and her commitment to community service.
Murphy is the only attorney from the Tri-Parish region of St. John the Baptist, St. James, and St. Charles parishes to receive the recognition in the past four years.
Murphy, a Loyola University New Orleans College of Law graduate with a Juris Doctor and Social Justice Certificate cum laude, received honors like the Ignatian Law Scholar, Louisiana State Bar Children’s Law Award, Clinical Legal Education Association Student Team Award, and Law Clinic Highest Grade Award.
