BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — U.S. Customs and Border Protection said agents arrested 15 people near Marilla after responding to reports of suspicious activity on Monday.
Authorities said the group fled into the woods and was later found with help from a CBP helicopter. The men were determined to be in the country illegally and were put into removal proceedings.
The group included men from Venezuela, Mexico, Colombia and Belize.
