The after-school program provides care until 5:45 p.m. and offers activities including STEM projects, hands-on learning opportunities and other enrichment activities for students.
The school division says openings are still available at several locations, including Mountain View Primary, Mountain View Upper, Hollymead, Baker-Butler, Stone-Robinson and a new multi-school program based at Agnor.
“We’ve got some spots. We need families,” said Caroline Kirby, interim director of the ACPS Extended Day Enrichment Program. “School day, it’s fun for students, but the real fun begins when they come to after-school. We have very competent, very caring staff. They’re great with building those relationships with the students and their families.”…
