DETROIT, MI – Detroit City Councilmember Fred Durhal III is inviting residents to celebrate Juneteenth at the first annual Freedom Festival on June 20 in Rouge Park.
The event will take place from noon to 4 p.m. at the Joy and Spinoza Green Space and is designed to honor Black culture, history and community through a variety of family-friendly activities.
