A Riviera Beach man faces multiple charges after a Florida Highway Patrol trooper was dragged following a traffic stop at an Interstate 95 exit ramp in Boynton Beach on Sunday, according to law enforcement.
FHP said the incident started at 3:41 p.m. when a trooper on I-95 near the Boynton Beach Boulevard exit spotted a beige Honda Accord with an expired tag that was not assigned to any vehicle.
