A 17-year-old with developmental disabilities was found after being reported missing in the Plum Village area of New Orleans East, officials said Thursday morning.
A Level II Endangered/Missing Child Advisory, or a Bryan’s Call alert, was sent to residents for the teen at around 6:12 a.m. The alert was called off by 7:32 a.m.
