Niagara Falls Man Shot Inside Home in Middle of the Night

POLICE AUDIO CAN BE FOUND AT THE END OF THIS ARTICLE: Law enforcement received a call around 5:46am on June 10th after reports of an assault with a deadly weapon with injuries on the 1900 block of Walnut Avenue in Niagara Falls.

The 911 caller and victim told police that he had been shot. However, it was not until first responders arrived at the residence that they learned he was shot in his right leg.

Police, medical and fire collectively responded to the scene. You can hear in the police audio that when being called to the scene the victim was referred to as having a “GSW,” which is a gunshot wound. The male was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Unknown suspects. No further information is available at this time…
