KENTWOOD, Mich. (WOOD) — A proposed development in Kentwood would add townhomes and retail space along 44th Street.
Currently, the 4.9-acre parcel at 3125 44th St. SE near Shaffer Avenue is vacant, but the property owner is looking to change that. The proposal has two components: commercial and residential.
