MADISON COUNTY, Ala. (WAFF) – Two people were arrested after an armed robbery in Madison County.
On Tuesday, Madison County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a reported robbery at the Dollar General located on Moores Mill Road. Authorities said the preliminary investigation revealed that two suspects entered the business and assaulted two employees.
During the incident, one of the suspects displayed what appeared to be a handgun and demanded that employees open the cash register. After getting money from the register, the suspects ordered both employees to surrender their cell phones…
