HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – The Madison County District Attorney’s office is asking the court to seize more than $2,000 from an accused drug trafficker arrested earlier this week.
Koby Green is facing drug-trafficking charges. He was in the middle of an officer-involved shooting in Huntsville earlier this week.
Records show the district attorney’s office wants to take the money, which was seized during Green’s arrest, and use it for law enforcement purposes…
