KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – Residents in the Halls and Powell area are reporting yellow and cloudy water coming from their taps, raising concerns about water quality.
Hallsdale-Powell Utility District said the water is still meeting drinking water standards despite the discoloration.
