One of two alleged OWE Fest shooters arrested, police sources say

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – One of two alleged shooters in the Old West End Fest mass shooting has been arrested, police sources confirm to 13 Action News.

Police sources say an alleged shooter, Eljay Crisp-Carr, 20, is now in custody for his alleged role in the OWE Fest mass shooting on June 6 that hospitalized at least 12 people.

Crisp-Carr is facing 11 counts of felonious assault, court filings show. Another person charged for the shooting is still on the run…
